Once your contract is signed, we will make sure all necessary documents are obtained before starting your project. The permitting process generally takes about 2-4 weeks. Once your job is constructed, we call the city to have it inspected. At Malabar Products we take care of all the details.
Answer: Six to ten weeks is a typical estimation for a project. However, each project is different, and the timetable varies depending on the type of project and whether a permit is required to construct your room. Before the construction of the room, there is a lot of paperwork being done for the permits and engineering and each city has different turnaround times on permits.
